Sometimes I would skip the meal completely. Make eggs. I didnt eat at all because it seemed impossible and I wanted to have to not think about what I was going to eat. It seemed so hard.

I Wondered where the hell to start eating gluten free?

I Felt Confused

I Felt Overwhelmed

I knew what  I was  supposed to eat but don’t do it.

Can you relate to any of this?

I wanted to feel energetic, vibrant and healthy again.

Its possible. I had to get support to turn it all around because it wasn’t just know the what to do . It was listening to myself and taking responsibility for how I eat and no one else.

 

, Do you have friends or family that refer to you as the “problem child” because you eat completely gluten free which is grain free.

Every time you go out. You are made fun of, told that its all in your head? Has anyone ever said something like this to you?

I have had plenty of people tell me these things and even more too. I had a waiter tell me poor you . What do you have to eat?

At first I was angry and upset and even sad. Being like that wouldn’t help me get the food or service I needed. It was an opportunity to educate someone on what to not say and to be of service. That is exactly what I did.
